We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the helpful staff, stunning view from the hot spring pool, and convenient location. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options.
No issues. This hotel exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

Staff was friendly and helpful, and the view from the hot spring pool was great. Plus, the hotel offered a free afternoon drink and waffle.
The cleanliness of the room was questionable with stains on the bedsheet and leftover drinks in the fridge. the buffet had cheap food that was the same every day, and the dining room looked and smelled old.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay with my family at this hotel. Really enjoyed the hiking trails nearby and the view of the river was beautiful. the hot spring was an amazing experience and the staff was super friendly. We also got to enjoy free afternoon tea and snacks which was a nice treat.
Sadly, the buffet was lacking and didn't offer much variety. the cleanliness of the room could have been better, with a few stray hairs found.

The location of the hotel provides a great view of the river from some rooms, and the hot spring pools are clean and enjoyable. the staff is friendly and helpful, giving useful advice about nearby trails. Free parking is available, and guests are offered complimentary drinks and waffles in the afternoon.
The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. Previous guests have reported dirty floors, stained bedsheets, and a smoky smell on the pillows and blankets.
